
These little guys are called The No-Men. I have been using them for years as my own personal stripped down simple minded little characters. They are everyone and no-one, struggling to make sense of a complicated world.
This triptych was developed for display in a gallery for Urban Artists based in Ladbroke Grove called Designated Area. They are called "Which Way Easy Life?" a comedic take on the impossibility of making the right choices. "Exit the mainstream" A polite jibe at how pop culture is easy to access, has a lack of depth, can cause mild discomfort and is, at best; remembered fondly in passing.
The third illustration is called "Missing the Point" and is a comment on how one can often miss the bigger picture when obsessing on the minutiae.
